My darling juicers,

So lately I have been experimenting with juicing beets. I use to hate beets, but in reality I didn’t give them a fair shot. I moved to Denmark from the United States (i’m originally a Montana girl), almost four years ago now. I was raised with typical American food and took to the Danish food slowly. It is extremely common to serve warm beets with dinner here; the way I began to love beets is through juicing them- I have complied a list of three of my favorite beetroot original recipes, I guarantee you will love them!

Sweet Beet Juice:

2 large beets

1 cucumber

1-2 apples
1 lime

2 stalks of lemongrass


Refreshing Beet Juice:

2 large beets

4-5 medium or large carrots

1/2-1 lemon

knob of peeled ginger


Energy Boosting Beet Juice:

2 large beets

2 organic oranges

1/2-1 lemon

knob of peeled ginger
