I often get asked what are some of the best recipes for losing weight and why are they great? I picked four fresh juice recipes that are fantastic for weight loss and explained why- take a look!

1. Grapefruit Metabolism Booster

Carrot/beet/apple juice:

2 beets

3 medium carrots

2 apples

1/2-1 lemon
